Research And Development Manager - Paint / Chemical sector

We are looking for a Manager R & D for a Mobile Phone Paint Korean company.

Role & responsibilities :

• Work with business leader to solve the complex challenges related to Product.Fixing of appointments, meet the clients and show demonstration of the product and achieve results.
• Develop R & D COLORS and Attend the complaints of line. Build relationship with existing and outside customers for Sale promotion activities
• Maintain and communicate accurate status of work performed with in applicale system and time frame
• Maintain the documentation related to the data.
  

Required Candidate profile:

• 3-5 yrs of experience in R & D Department (specially paint industry Like Mobile ,Automobile, plastic Paint etc ) and business development in Industrial paint
• Candidate should have good exposure in resolving the issues coming in the paint industries .
