Intern - Human Resource

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, training, and performance management. You will work closely with HR professionals and have the opportunity to learn about HR operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Participate in the recruitment process by supporting sourcing and coordinating candidate communications.
• Onboarding: Help organize new hire paperwork, prepare onboarding materials, and assist with the orientation process for new employees.
• Employee Engagement: Support in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and surveys. Contribute to improving workplace culture and morale.
• HR Administration: Assist in maintaining employee records, HR databases, and other necessary documentation.
