Job Description
- Should be able to build Web Analytics KPIs, Technical Requirements and setting up different analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, GTM) for different business partners.
- Should be well versed with Adobe Target to design, execute, and optimize personalized digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Has experience to develop and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and segmentation strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyse data and user behaviour to identify opportunities for optimization and personalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and development to implement targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, personalization, and optimization.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Have experience in tag managers such as Adobe Launch, GTM, Tealium etc.
- Tool expertise needed: Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch
A bit about you:
- Basic JS, HTML and CSS understanding
- Proficient with Adobe suite and MS Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication & analytical skills desired.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment with optimism.
- Comfortable with remote video collaboration tools e.g., Zoom, Teams, etc.
