The purpose of this role is to support the talent acquisition team to attract, engage and hire the very best talent into the organisation. This is a service delivery role partnering closely with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders to help ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role has a strong focus on candidate communication, candidate management, and customer service.

Key responsibilities: Coordinates with the interview team to schedule onsite and video interviews As a member of the HR team, actively contributes ideas and work on projects Manages candidates through the interview process to a successful completion Posts jobs in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and on external job boards Coordinates candidate travel and manages expense reports for both the candidates and the Talent Acquisition Team Helps manage our employee referral programme Manages offer letters and new hire paperwork
