Lead Analyst

The purpose of this role is to execute the approach and strategies outlined by senior leadership, lead and manage day to day work, and manage the day-to-day communication with clients.

Job Description:

We are looking for someone with a broad knowledge of Digital media domain knowledge, Analytic techniques and tactics and judge them critically for potential use in client deliverables. You will work with internal and client teams on data acquisition, analysis, and results presentation. You will be a resource within an area of expertise and provide guidance to more junior team members; may lead small teams on a project basis.

As the Lead Analyst, responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital analytics needs, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide optimal solutions.
• Analyze media spend, ROI, and performance metrics across key digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, DCM, DV360, SA360 and translating data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and visualizations to stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• Lead the development and maintenance of digital analytics frameworks, processes, and tools to ensure data accuracy, automation, and scalability.
• Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and expertise to drive actionable insights and data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct ETL operations and coordinate with stakeholders, agencies, and our teams on ETL.
• Maintain, create and re-view QA plans for deliverables to align with the requirements, identify discrepancies if any and troubleshoot issues.
• You will anticipate project risk and constraints and proactively work on solutions to address the risk/constraints.
  

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in quantitative marketing arena, in database and/or digital (addressable) marketing, including strong understanding of relational database concepts.
• Strong experience with Digital Media Data across Search, Social, Display, Programmatic media and and strong understanding of Digital KPIs .
• Understanding of marketing funnels and relevant KPIs.
• Excellent knowledge SQL and intermediate knowledge of data manipulation language such as Python/R.
• Expertise in designing new dashboards, identifying the right metrics, layout. Good-to-have exposure to Tableau. Good-to-have: Other Visualization tools like Power BI and Looker Studio, GCP, Datorama etc.
• Understanding of Statistics and prior experience of building statistical models and techniques (e.g. hypothesis testing, product experimentation, A/B Testing, regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, factor analysis, time series forecasting, experimental and design, etc.) to solve business problems.
• Working knowledge of database systems - Databricks, Snowflake and cloud computing platforms experience is a plus.
• Ability to discover hidden insights or complex patterns through advanced multi-variate data mining techniques on un-structured business problems.
• Ability to translate analysis insights into actionable recommendations and strategies for marketers.
• Strong in MS Office core suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required with an ability to present engaging PowerPoint presentations.
