Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst/Specialist with expertise in advanced Excel, VBA, and SharePoint to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, automation, and collaboration tools, with the ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver key projects that drive business performance and efficiency.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Excel VBA:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Excel models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Create and maintain VBA macros and scripts to automate processes and enhance data management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Excel and VBA-related issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• SharePoint Management:
  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows to facilitate collaboration and document management.
  • Implement SharePoint solutions to improve project management, data sharing, and team communication.
  • Ensure SharePoint security, permissions, and compliance standards are met.
• Stakeholder Management Communication:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Project Coordination:
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status.
  • Identify risks and issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Data Analysis Reporting:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in advanced Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA programming.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint, including site design, management, and workflow automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Excel, VBA, or SharePoint is a plus.
• Experience in a similar role within [Industry/Field].
• Familiarity with other data analysis or project management tools (e.g., Power BI, MS Project) would be an added advantage.
