Job Description
- Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that will support business growth
- Creating and maintaining data models, databases, and central dashboards to support data driven decision making
- Collaborating with stakeholders to establish business goals, metrics, and requirements and then translate these specifics into business analysis solutions
- Conducting data quality checks while ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all spectrums
- before implementing findings
- Developing reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate strategic findings and
- communicating these insights as recommendations to key collaborators to aid business decisions
- Seeing opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data insights
- A Bachelor s degree (or Master s degree) in a field such as data analytics, statistics, business administration, mathematics, or a related subject area is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, information technology, or a related field of data management
- Deep technical skills in data collection, data mining, and statistical modelling techniques
- Work experience with programming tools and simple analytics tools such as Excel
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI to build compelling visualizations and reports
- Deep understanding of database concepts such as database structures, query languages, and data warehousing principles to keep the data warehouse organized
- Attention to detail: You must be meticulous and thorough throughout the data analysis process,
- ensuring accuracy in reporting and recommendations
- Critical thinking: You use strategic thinking to evaluate information objectively and assess alternative solutions to make informed decisions
- Collaboration and partnership: You re a great teammate, always willing to work with multi-functional teams, share knowledge, and contribute to collective goals
- Problem solving skills: You can identify and define problems, analyze root causes, and develop innovative solutions based on strategic insights
- Should be comfortable to work in 12pm - 9pm shifts
