We are currently seeking Management Trainees in the following disciplines:

Mechanical Engineering

Civil Engineering

Responsibilities: -

Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to team goals.

Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Develop technical and managerial skills through on-the-job training and mentorship.

Assist in data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Complete assigned projects and tasks within deadlines.

Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Specific Responsibilities

Mechanical Engineering: Assist in design, manufacturing, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems; conduct equipment inspections; analyse performance data.

Civil Engineering: Support project planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects; conduct site surveys; monitor construction progress.

Chemical Engineering: Assist in process design, optimization, and control

Electrical Engineering: Support the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment; work with power systems, control systems, and electronics; contribute to projects involving automation, instrumentation, and renewable energy.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.

Strong academic record.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, process simulation software).
