Experience: 18 + years

Position : Site In charge - (LPG/LNG Storage Tank)

Required Skill :

• Should have handled Oil & gas sector project site independently at least 2-3 projects as a site in-charge (Preferably in LPG projects).
• Should have in-depth knowledge & hands on experience on applicable engineering codes & standards like for storage tanks i.e. API 620, API 650, for Piping ASME B.31.3, 31.4.., for pressure vessels ASME Sec. Div. II, PD 5500 etc.
• Should have brief knowledge about relevant OISD guidelines, petroleum rule, SMPV rule, NFPA, Factory rule/act, IE rules etc. applicable to Oil & Gas sector company.
• To act as main technical advisors to construction managers, engineers, contractors, operatives and crafts people with respect to the construction site
• To manage, monitor and interpret the design of the contract documents that has been supplied by central design team.
• To manage the site on a day to day basis that includes supervising, QC inspection and monitoring the labor force and contractors.
• Co-ordinate with the central design team for modification / changes in the project specifications based on the site condition.
• Should have strong administrative capabilities with experience of handling boundary issues, dealing with local authorities i.e. port, factory inspector, PESO office, pollution control board, municipality, police etc..
• Should be responsible to plan and co-ordinate with the central purchase team for smooth and un-interrupted functioning of project site.
• Preparation / Review of MIS / project progress reports along with problem area / support required.
• To be able to identify the unforeseen problems in advance and prepare action plan in co-ordination with various functions.
• Adhere to project schedule and ensure timely completion of project.

Resolving the various issues of contractors with respect to job awarded / change in scope / additional job. Self-starter with problem solving attitude.
