Job Description: Site Engineer for Property Renovation

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to oversee the renovation process of our property located on Sarjapur Main Road.

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of the renovation project, including demolition, civil masonry, glazing removal and installation, vendor coordination, MEP coordination, architect coordination, project scheduling, and tenant communication.

Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of the renovation within the designated timeline and with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the renovation process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

- Coordinate and supervise demolition activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure proper planning and execution of civil masonry work.

- Coordinate the removal of existing glazing and installation of new glazing, ensuring quality standards are met.

- Liaise with vendors to procure necessary materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and optimal utilization.

- Collaborate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams to ensure smooth integration of services during the renovation process.

- Work closely with architects to interpret design plans, resolve any issues, and provide necessary technical guidance.

- Develop and maintain a project schedule, ensuring all activities are properly sequenced and completed on time.

- Communicate and coordinate effectively with tenants, keeping them informed about the renovation schedule, any disruptions, and addressing their concerns promptly.

- Daily site visits to monitor progress, identify and resolve any construction issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including project reports, drawings, and construction records.

Qualifications: - M. Tech Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, overseeing construction or renovation projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

- Proficient in coordinating with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, vendors, and tenants.

- Familiarity with MEP systems and coordination.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
