Senior Manager / Head eWP R&D & Electrical

Role & responsibilities

1. Design & development

• Ensure benchmarking of the competitor product for new design and for design improvements
• Create roadmap for eWP product technology to ensure the right product is at the right time.

2. Initiation: Initiate development activities based on

• Need to make a prototype
• Based on an RFQ/I
• Based on roadmap

3. Development activities

• Assign the development work and plan the development work with the team
• Ensure completion of DFMEA during the design & development process
• Provide design input to CFT team at RFQ and pre RFQ stage to get right costing.

4. Creation & Validation

• Generate innovative ideas for Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) in Charger product design
• IP creation (Patent) in eWP product category
• Facilitate the complete validation process of eWP at part level and vehicle level
• Develop the Bill of Materials (BOM) for the product
• Establish design guidelines and standards for consistent and high-quality product development.

5. Team Building

• Build team for eWP product category for pump design and BLDC motor design
