Your Backstory
Experience : At least 4-5 years of experience in billing, finance, or accounting, preferably in an educational or SaaS environment.
University Agreement Knowledge : Strong understanding of the terms and conditions commonly found in university agreements, with the ability to translate these into billing procedures.
Excel Skills : High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally.
