Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design and architect complex enterprise applications with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.

- Possess a deep understanding of architectural patterns and their application in different scenarios.

- Lead the development of microservices using C#, REST APIs, and message queues.

- Implement service-oriented architecture principles to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

- Design and develop secure and robust applications using best practices in encryption and security protocols.

- Build a strong understanding of cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure) and implement on-premise and cloud-based deployments.

- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), and a broad range of development tools and technologies.

- Possess excellent SQL coding skills, particularly in MSSQL.

- Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions, both verbally and in writing.

- Actively prototype and test new technologies to determine their suitability for projects.

- Lead the technical planning and design of solutions, including choosing the right technology stack and defining/evaluating new designs within the established data architecture.

- Possess a continuous learning mindset and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology.

- Motivate and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

- Guide the team in making informed technical decisions through strong analytical skills.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of leading technical projects.

- Experience in designing and developing large-scale enterprise applications.

- In-depth knowledge of architectural patterns and best practices.

- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, Web Applications, REST APIs, Microservices, SOA, APIs, Messaging, Encryption, Security, ASP. Net, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), and a broad range of development tools and technologies.

- Proven experience with building, developing, and deploying applications on-premise and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure preferred).

- Expertise in SQL coding, particularly MSSQL.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Passion for problem-solving and a strong desire to learn new technologies.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
