Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Conduct calls to present and promote our products.
• Stay updated on product features, advantages, and benefits.
• Prepare professional and accurate quotations for clients.
• Generate invoices (PI) in a timely manner and ensure accuracy in details.
• Proactively follow up on leads generated through various channels.
• Maintain a systematic approach to lead management and follow-up activities.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback collection.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite is preferred
