Objective of the Role : We are seeking a Senior Finance officer who is capable of independently managing a team and is proficient in all Indian accounting systems and procedures.

- The ideal candidate will be a domain expert in compliance across all statutory areas, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and labor laws.

Job Responsibilities:.

- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and structures for the finance team.

- Oversee daily reporting of team members and address day-to-day queries and concerns.

- Ensure that books of accounts are maintained in compliance with accounting standards.

- Monitor compliance with statutory requirements and facilitate timely submissions.

- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
