Embee Software - Finance Manager (5-10 yrs)

Job Description: Finance Manager.

Work Location: Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting operations: Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.

- Prepare and analyze budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports (FP&A).

- Publish accurate and timely monthly financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and tax filings.

- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes and ensure quality control in financial reporting.

- Develop and document business processes and internal control policies.

- Collaborate on procurement, logistics, and warehousing operations.

- Perform additional controller duties as needed.

Requirements:

Qualification: CA with an advanced degree in accounting.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in accounting/finance with expertise in financial statement preparation and GST compliance.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger functions, and reconciliation processes.

Excellent computer skills: SAP ERP experience preferred.
