We are actively seeking an impeccable Visual and Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in 360-degree Graphic and Visual designing
This role encompasses tasks such as crafting Newsletters, Formulating and Editing Videos, and creating Brand Collaterals like Brochures, Posters, etc across both online and offline media
Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3 is a definite requirement
Additionally, the ideal candidate should be adept at working in an agile environment and familiar with startup dynamics
Desired Qualifications and Skill Sets:
Bachelors degree in design, Fine Arts, or higher in Graphic or UI/UX Design.
Over 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or creative/digital agencies/Media houses.
High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects (web, video, and animation software), Visual effects, Premier Pro, XD, Dream Weaver, Figma, Bootstrap Grid. Proficient in devising illustrations.
Hands-on experience in ATl, BTL, and TTL facets such as Collaterals, Banners, Posters, Standees, Brochures, Flyers, Leaflets, Digital Marketing Brand docket, Videos (animation), etc.
Proficient in video editing and animation/motion graphics.
Hands-on experience in UI/UX designs.
Independent self-starters capable of ideating and executing projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver engaging and consistent creatives for email, social media, digital, print, and outdoor media. 2. Devise innovative designs for delivering key messages across devices with a user-centric approach. 3. Ensure all digital creative and front-end content aligns with the brand, is accessible, usable, and meets best practice standards. 4. Lead the creation of templated solutions for advertising assets, such as email and display banners. 5. Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites. 6. Design brochures, presentations, and marketing material. 7. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively using sketches, storytelling, mood boards/storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and/or data visualizations Typography, Strong Color Sense. 8. Research, assist, and present new ideations for a variety of creative marketing campaigns across Digital, Outdoor, Print media, etc. 9. Liaise with cross-functional teams to complete tasks.
