We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer who will be responsible for training sales teams on effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends in the IT sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at delivering engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually.


Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams focused on IT products ( Cloud / SAAS ) and services ( SAAS / DEMAND GENERATION/ LEAD GENERATION / Tech ETC ) , specifically for B2B clients.
  • Create training materials including presentations, sales scripts, role-playing exercises, and performance assessments.
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine the skill gaps and training requirements of the sales teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adjust training content to reflect current market conditions and technological advancements.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales professionals, helping them enhance their skills and improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to tailor training programs that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking to ensure improved sales outcomes.
  • Offer post-training support, ensuring that sales teams are implementing new techniques and strategies effectively.
  • Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to improve future training sessions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales training, specifically within the IT B2B space.
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales and experience training teams in this area.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including SaaS, cloud computing, software solutions, and enterprise IT.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex IT solutions for sales teams.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to engage diverse learning styles.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and training software.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in fast-paced tech environments or startups.
  • Certification in Sales Training or Instructional Design.
  • Understanding of AI-driven sales tools and automation in the B2B landscape.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to deliver relevant training content.
