Job Title: Senior Wealth Manager
Location: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad & Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities (Sales-Focused):
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire new HNI and institutional clients (Individuals, corporates, SMEs, financial institutions).
- Execute monthly sales plans and achieve sales targets through regular client interactions (calls, meetings).
- Utilize referral networks, directories, and other channels to source potential clients.
- Ensure 100% client penetration and grow revenue from each client.
- Collaborate with teams for joint client calls and portfolio reviews.
Revenue Growth & Profitability:
- Achieve targeted revenue across all products and clients.
- Provide regular market updates and recommend personalized investment solutions.
- Cross-sell services and maintain fee income at budgeted levels.
Market Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor competitors' activities and report findings to management.
- Provide regular sales activity and performance updates.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Oversee accurate documentation for client profiles, transactions, and KYC procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong experience in sales-focused wealth management, particularly with HNIs and institutional clients.
- Proven track record in institutional sales and delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills for client acquisition and retention.
