Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to drive our global marketing efforts, overseeing both the international and local teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for SEO strategy, brand positioning, digital marketing, and lead generations with a focus on enhancing the reach of our creative (CGI, Retouching and Video) and non-creative (Content services & back office) verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Adnet Global's business objectives.
  • Define branding, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for different service verticals.
  • Continuously analyze and adapt strategies based on market trends and performance insights.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage offshore and local marketing teams, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Define team structures, performance goals, and workflow processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Facilitate collaboration between marketing, sales, and operations teams.

SEO & Digital Marketing:

  • Facilitate implementation of effective SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
  • Oversee paid and organic digital marketing campaigns, ensuring high ROI and performance-driven execution.
  • Direct content marketing initiatives, aligning them with SEO best practices.

Branding & Content Strategy:

  • Establish and maintain consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Lead content development for blogs, social media, case studies, and other digital assets.
  • Create and oversee the development of industry-specific blogs, social media posts, and marketing collateral such as videos and designs, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate should be able to lead the creative process while also critically evaluating and refining content.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine marketing strategies.

Performance & Analytics:

  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.
  • Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, generating actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance, trends, and opportunities.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors for marketing execution.
  • Act as a bridge between local and offshore teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.

Work Experience & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in SEO, digital marketing, and team management.
  • Experience working in B2B and/or B2C industries, preferably in CGI or eCommerce domains.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
