Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Experience: Minimum 4 years.

Location: Okhla Phase-1, Delhi.

Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday).

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Job Summary: -

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Google Ads management, campaign optimization, and generating business through multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

• Expertise in Google Ads (AdWords) for search, display, and shopping campaigns.

• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and meet performance goals.

• Generate business and increase visibility on e-commerce platforms such as 1mg, PharmEasy, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for better targeting.

• Manage budgets effectively to maximize results within allocated spends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.

• Hands-on experience in driving sales on e-commerce platforms like 1mg, PharmEasy, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Certification in Google Ads or related digital marketing courses.
