Summary of the role

 

Individual will be responsible to code and create source from cloud platform to create dashboards for Operations and Customer Data team. Create edit metrics and measures, create exports through coding on Python, Look ML/Semantic Layer and migrate data from data source platforms like Genesys, Micro-strategy using tool in Google Cloud Platform.

Minimum Education: Graduate

Shift Timings: A 9-hour shift between 06:30 AM IST - 02:30 AM IST as decided by the management.

Working Days: 5 days working in the week (24/7 environment) with any 2 days decided by management as week-off every week.

Location: Flexibility to work both from home and office basis business requirements (fully vaccinated). Initial 3 months will be Work From Office during the training period.

WFH (Work From Home) need assurance of a noise free quite/separate room providing an ability to work without interference, continuity and maintaining complete data integrity. There is a need for an existing stable Wi-Fi connection from a reliable telecom vendor having a minimum speed of 50 mbps and uninterrupted power supply.
WFO (Work From Office) - we do ensure that we take adequate safety precautions and remain compliant with government prescribed rules and regulations.

Ideal Candidate

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Big Query, Google Cloud Platform, SQL (SAS to GCP migration) Advanced Excel.
Knowledge of Looker, Python, Look ML/Semantic Layer, Micro Strategy and SAS will be an added advantage and relevant experience of these tools for at least 2 years.
Strong numerical and reasoning skills, with a passion for data and its applications
Experience with presenting information and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent time management skills
Pro-active and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Enthusiasm, flexibility and self-motivated
Graduate in Mathematics, Statistics or Data science will be preferred.
