Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Develop and oversee the brand's tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Campaign Ideation : Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns that align with business goals.

Content Development : Write and edit high-quality copy for ads, social media, websites, email campaigns, and more.

Team Management : Mentor and lead a team of copywriters, providing guidance and ensuring deadlines are met.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with designers, marketers, and clients to bring ideas to life.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and audience insights to create relevant and engaging content.

Performance Analysis : Evaluate the effectiveness of copy in campaigns and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate briefs into creative ideas.

- Proven ability to manage and inspire a team.

- Experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
