Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to address client requirements and resolve challenges.

Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status and address their queries or concerns.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve service delivery and identify new opportunities.

Bid Preparation and Support:

• Collaborate with the business development team to identify and evaluate new project opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive bid documents, including technical and commercial proposals, in alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary inputs for bid submissions.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and follow up with clients on bid progress.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of project activities, client interactions, and bid submissions.
• Prepare periodic reports on project status, challenges, and achievements for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of technical presentations and documentation for client meetings.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement in project execution and bid preparation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure competitive proposals.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination, client management, and bid preparation, preferably in the railway or industrial sector.
• Basic understanding of technical specifications and engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
