Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in MEP design and execution with a strong focus on project management.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and their applications in commercial, hospitality, and residential projects.
- Expertise in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA 30-hour) is a plus.
- Experience with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED) is preferred.
