- Monitor manage the implementation of Performance Management System
- Analyze absolute ratings to present / discuss / modify them to Unit Normalization Committee for their adherence to normalization guidelines before sending the data to Business
- Ensuring timely completion of Goal Setting, Mid-Year Review, Annual Performance Review Process
Compensation Benefits
- Updating the compensation data, compensation matrix master data of employees in Poornata as well as excel
- Ensuring timely preparation of data for Compensation Review
- Ensuring accuracy of compensation data manage the Annual Compensation Review process
- Ensuring effective administration of Aditya Birla Awards for Outstanding Achievement, Own Your Two Wheeler Scheme, PRIDE, Spot Award, Shabbash Cards and other Group / Business / Unit Level Benefits
Planning Budgeting
- Preparation of Annual HRD Budget
- Manpower Planning Budgeting
- Consolidate Budgeted Figures along with backup data for getting Budget approval
Organization Effectiveness
- Sharing the eligibility list of employees with required personnel for conducting biennial Employee Engagement surveys: Team Vibes, Vibes, our VOICE (Staff Cadre Employee Engagement Survey)
- Ensuring smooth conduct of the Surveys with maximum participation by employees
- Sharing results of the Surveys with the Target Audience
- Devising Action Plan post survey after having a structured discussion with volunteers; action committee members and approval from APEX Committee
- Keeping a track of Action Items for timely closure and sharing the Action Plan with the Target Audience on a quarterly basis
- Ensuring effective administration of AWOO Pratibha Scholarship
- Ensuring effective administration of Quarterly Value Leader Scheme and annual Value week celebrations
Business Excellence
- Conduct monthly meetings of People Focus Sub Committee; circulation of meeting agenda, MoM s and other updates to subcommittee members
- Prepare and regularly update the Master Action Plan of People Processes and People Results as per the OFI s mentioned in CWBEA Assessment / Internal Assessment
- Collaborate with subcommittee members for CWBEA Application Write-Up and gathering necessary evidences as per the Application Write-Up
- Assisting Sub Committee Members on regular intervals to build their capabilities on the Business Excellence Framework
- Planning Organizing Business Excellence Quiz Week as a part of Yearly Business Excellence Campaign
HR MIS Capability Building
- Ensuring regular update maintenance of Daily Management Folder of HRD
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to prepare monthly reports like: Monthly Coordination Meeting, CFI Dashboard, Shabbash Card Dashboard, etc
- Monitoring the progress of Capability Development Projects of subordinates on regular intervals
Payroll Management
- To ensure timely payroll input to be shared with Central Payroll Team.
- To ensure monthly payroll data to be processed on time and releasing of salary.
Social Security Schemes
- Ensuring timely administration of Social Security Schemes Sunischit, Nischint, National Pension Scheme, Medi-Claim, Group Personal Accident Policy cases
- Ensuring timely updates / renewals of all Social Security Schemes as well as awareness amongst employees through innovative methods / approaches
- Ensuring implementation of various HR policies and devising mechanism to invite feedback on implemented policies
- Ensuring administration of Farewell Policy for retired employees
