Job Description
- Proper documentation for through Visa agencies and getting the visa as per requirements of our internal customer like multiple country visa, long term visa, renewal of visa etc
- Foreign exchange support as per the country of travel and also the submission and settlement of accounts post travel.
- Travel Insurance and Hotel arrangements.
- Support in international ticketing. Advising the smart travel routes/ connection in terms of cost/ time of travel etc
- Visa processing as per requirement.
- Coordination in getting VISA appointments.
- Support in online VISA processing etc
- Foreign Exchange- Arranging the foreign exchange as per the travel destination.
- Support in settlement of foreign exchange post exchange
- Travel Insurance
- Assistance in hotel booking outside India
- Maintaining complete MIS related to International travel.
- Control and Monitoring over the work by vendors related to international travel .
- Coordination with regards to timely completion of work and documentation etc
- Invoice processing and timely payments.
Minimum Experience Level:
5-10 Years
