- Candidate only from TOP TIER Colleges will be accepted.

Job Responsibilities:

- Strong Stakeholder relationships.

- Close Coordination with Head HR for planning and strategizing.

- Regular Update and meetings to be attended with Head HR.

- Coordinate with all HRBPs PAN India for data and to circulate information.

- Should be able to handle confidential hiring and information.

- Talent Acquisition for confidential positions.

- Part of COE desk, to monitor existing policies and process.
