We are hiring for the role of Tender Executive or Engineer

• To handle GEM and N-Procure Portal for Projects & Govt. Sales and Projects Tender Online.
• Able to Liason with Government Officials for Tenders on GEM & N-Procure. Indirect Sales in Govt. & Institute Sales.
• Knowledge of Filling Online Tender on GEM & N-Procure.
• Documentation Formalities for Govt. Tenders.
• We are seeking a skilled Tender Executive / Tender Engineer to manage the end-to-end process of handling government projects and sales tenders via GEM and N-Procure portals. This role requires liaising with government officials, managing online tendering activities, and indirect sales in the government and institutional sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Management: Manage the complete tendering process on GEM and N-Procure portals, from document preparation to submission.
• Liaison and Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and clients to facilitate tender processes and negotiations.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and review all tender documents, ensuring compliance with government and institutional standards.
• Sales Support: Support indirect sales efforts by identifying and responding to opportunities within the government and institutional sectors.
• Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on government policies and procurement procedures, ensuring all documentation and procedures align with regulatory requirements.
• Market Research: Conduct regular research on upcoming government projects, trends, and requirements to enhance tender success rates.
• Bid Submission: Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tender documents and follow up on the status of proposals
