Job Description
- 2-3 working Experience in accounts payable operation, AP Reporting , knowledge of GST & TDS Compliances on AP Invoices
- Should have exposure to Bank payment activities including daily fund planning for payments.
- Experience in monthly & annual book closure activities; like monthly expenses provisioning, prepaid charge-off entries etc
- Preparing the monthly Expenses variance analysis / reasoning for AP related P&L a/c codes
- Preparing monthly AP related Balance Sheet Schdules eg Bank Recos, Cash Flow ,Creditors Ageing, Vendor Advances Ageing, Prepaid Expenses , Security Deposit schedules.
- Preparing monthly audit Schedules & other reporting schedules related to Accounts Payable
- Should have exposure to handling minimum 40-50 plus vendors Invoices processing on daily basis & periodic Vendor reconciliation, handling of multiple states operations from GST Input compliance perspective would be an added advantage
- Routine Coordination with various cross Functions, business stakeholders, Vendors , Banker & Tax Consultants.
- Handling data requests related to Accounts payable vertical as part of regular GST / Income Tax assessments
- Coordination with auditors (Internal & Statutory auditor) during audit for data submission & timely query resolution
- Fresher with good academic record & zeal to gain experience can also apply
- Should have Good logical, analytical, communication, multitasking, team working skills
- Should have Good MS Excel & Tally accounting software working skill.
