KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure both in INDAS and IFRS.
Good knowledge of preparation of financial statement under IND AS.
Managing statutory, Group audits and IFC audit and ensure completion on time in discussion with auditors.
Reviewing monthly reconciliations of key balance sheet items, ensuring all balances are appropriately supported Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information and provide clear, quantifiable cause for change from forecast.
Ensuring statutory and Group audits are completed on time, liaison with auditors. Providing financial summaries and reporting on various aspects of the P&L Support to FP&A team for various forecasting activities Collaborates with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives Advising team regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions
Responds to inquiries from the Director of Finance, Controller, and other finance managers regarding financial results.
Good Knowledge of Intercompany reconciliation. Ecommerce reconciliation and inventory valuation.
Assess impact of regulatory changes on business and develop plan to address the same from accounting point of view
People Related Provide training to new and existing staff as needed Team handling experience would give additional advantage. Minimum Requirements
Educational requirement Chartered Accountant, preferably first attempt Technical Skills Four to Five years of experience in relevant field Good Knowledge of INDAS, IFRS and Company Law Experience in preparing financial statements, liaison with auditors
Computer skills
Must be proficient in excel and power point, etc. Good knowledge of SAP, ARIBA, Power BI, Concur and other automative tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required
