Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Placement Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential employers to facilitate the placement of graduates in their respective fields.

Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Identify potential employers and develop and maintain relationships with them to facilitate job placements for graduates.
• ⁠ ⁠Research job market trends to ensure our graduates are prepared to enter the workforce.
• ⁠ ⁠Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment drives, and other placement events to connect graduates with potential employers.
• ⁠ ⁠Provide support and guidance to graduates during the job search process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and networking skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain records of job placements, student progress, and other relevant data to evaluate the success of the placement program.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare reports on placement activities for management.

Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's/ Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, HR or a related field
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and planning skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• ⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel as needed.
