Talent Acquisition Manager-Ulwe(Male)

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Developing recruitment strategies this may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc
• Manpower planning and budgeting
• Developing recruitment policies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordination with different departmental heads to identify staffing needs Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool
• Engaging recruitment consultants
• Reviewing performance of recruitment consultants.
• Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews.
• Compensation fitment of selected candidates, Negotiation and offer proposals.
• Ensuring faster hiring of high calibre talent
• Background verification
• Create strong talent pipelines for various positions current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensuring excellent hiring experience of candidates and pre-joining engagement
• Employer branding initiatives
