Job Description

You will lead cross-functional teams across the globe, defining and stategising compelling sales initiatives for critical financial solutiuons and services to world-leading Market Infrastructure Operators and Banks and Brokers within a defined territory. You will be responsible for essential business development, building brand awareness and relationships with prospects, fostering strong relations and trust with your clients and network.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a strong experienced team delivering complex technology solutions to clients. You will work with and learn from subject matter experts, and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress within the s ales team. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

Lead cross-functional teams globally, delivering critical solutions to Broker Dealers, Regional Banks, and Market Infrastructure Operators.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the India region.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with marketing, business development, and product development teams to create compelling sales initiatives.
Provide regular sales updates in Salesforce and use various sales tools to track campaign effectiveness.
Foster team collaboration and development of sales initiatives to drive business growth.

We expect you to have

7-10 years total experience, including
3-4 years in sales and business development in capital markets.
Proven track record of achieving new sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
Education Qualification : Bachelor/Master in business, finance, or a related field.

It would be great if you have

Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and trading applications.
Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and sales analytics tools like 6Sense.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
