Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Category Lead to oversee and grow the Tamil State PCS Examination Category. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Tamil State Public Service Commission (PCS) exams, including syllabus, student needs, and market trends. This role involves managing content development, marketing strategies, and overall category performance to provide high-quality resources and drive success for aspiring candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the Tamil PCS exams, including syllabus, question patterns, and preparation techniques.
- Proven experience in category management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Experience in the EdTech industry or competitive exam preparation market.
- Prior experience working with Tamil-speaking audiences.
- Understanding of e-learning platforms.
