Overview : We are looking for individuals who are proactive and adaptable, capable of assuming various roles and working closely with Adda247's founders. If you possess experience in building businesses from the ground up or have founded a startup yourself, and have been part of the growth journey of a reasonably sized startup, then this role is perfect for you. As part of this position, you will contribute to ongoing and future projects at Adda247, ultimately paving the way for the development of scalable products or businesses.

Job Description :

- As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), you will be expected to be proactive, donning different hats, and collaborating closely with team leaders.

- Research and Analysis : Conduct comprehensive research, analyze industry trends and processes, identify market opportunities, and provide regular insights and recommendations to management.

Dive into detailed business metrics, extract insights, and guide or lead new business initiatives (process improvement, diversification, establishing new verticals) that contribute to business growth.

- Manage and establish business verticals : Develop business processes, engage with partners and customers (both in person and online) to ensure seamless growth, oversee end-to-end internal projects across various verticals such as sales, operations, and product, while taking complete ownership and adopting an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Design detailed implementation roadmaps and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive implementation, monitor and report progress, identify key risks, prepare management reports, and develop migration plans to ensure successful project completion.

- In summary, the EIR is responsible for tackling critical business bottlenecks, enabling rapid scaling, and generating innovative ideas for new business units that unlock potential growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- A proactive individual who possesses a results-driven mindset.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and prior experience in startups (whether currently running or not).

- Excellent multitasking abilities, capable of efficiently managing multiple projects.

- Additionally, the ideal candidate should be determined, a sharp problem solver, and hands-on in their approach.
