Job Description:  

• Preparing sale deeds.
• Sending the sale deed drafts to customers and obtaining confirmation from customers.
• Coordinating and obtaining signatures from customers on sale deeds.
• Obtaining clearance from Finance team on payments.
• Ensuring all documents are filed as per the checklist including financial NOC.
• Coordinating and obtaining clearance of sale deed from legal team.
• Guiding customers for making stamp duty and registration fee payment.
• Coordinating for authorised signatory signatures. 
• Coordinating with liasioning team for sale deed upload and schedule registration as per the customer requirement.
• coordinating with customer and ensure the smooth registration process.
• Scanning sale deed and uploading it in SAP.
• Coordinating and Handing over the sale deed to banker or client. 
• Filing acknowledgement and copies in the relevant files.
• Knowledge of Kauvery Portal and K2 Challans
