Learning And Development Specialist

Position Overview:
The Trainer - Learning & Development (L&D) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and conducting training programs aimed at improving employee performance, skills, and knowledge within the Real Estate industry. This role focuses on providing learning experiences to employees across various functions such as sales, customer service, property management, and real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a focus on the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Needs Analysis:
• Assess training needs of employees based on performance metrics, business goals, and emerging industry trends.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
• Program Design & Development:
• Create engaging, practical, and effective training materials and programs for various employee levels (sales agents, administrative staff, property managers, etc.).
• Ensure training content aligns with company objectives and the specific requirements of the real estate industry.
• Develop online, classroom, and blended learning options for diverse learning styles.
• Delivery of Training:
• Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions on topics such as sales techniques, customer relations, legal compliance, negotiation skills, property management, and more.
• Foster an interactive learning environment to engage participants and enhance retention.
• Evaluation and Feedback:
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, performance metrics, and follow-up evaluations.
• Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and learning outcomes.
• Employee Development:
• Assist in employee career development by offering guidance on professional growth and opportunities within the company.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Industry Knowledge & Compliance:
• Stay updated on industry trends, laws, and regulations related to real estate to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Ensure training programs align with the legal and ethical standards of the real estate industry.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant attendance, and evaluations.
• Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of training programs and employee progress.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• Certifications in Training & Development (e.g., CPLP, TTT, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably in the real estate sector or a related industry.
• Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including sales processes, property management, and legal requirements.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and facilitate learning in a variety of formats (classroom, online, one-on-one).
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
