Lead SAP FICO Consultant (OnSite)

We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Lead FICO Consultant for a 12-month project focused on a greenfield implementation for a prominent public sector client in Botswana. This role requires a blend of expertise in financial and controlling processes, leadership in coordinating with remote consultants.

Key Points:

- Onsite in Botswana

- 12 Months Contractual job

- Lead customer facing role, must have experience in this role

- Experience in Fund management is highly advantageous.

- 10-15 years experience with minimum 2 E2E implementations

- 55-60 LPA Net take home

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Implement Financial Processes: Lead the configuration and implementation of the FICO modules, enhancing financial operations according to SAP standards.
2. Conduct Process Design Workshops: Organize and lead workshops to capture client requirements, and demonstrate and validate the designed solutions.
3. System Configuration and Testing: Perform system configuration, assist in various testing cycles, and ensure the system meets all specified requirements.
4. Coordination and Team Leadership: Coordinate with remote FICO consultants, assign tasks, monitor progress, and validate outputs to ensure consistency and quality.
5. Client Relationship and Reporting: Build and maintain strong relationships with client personnel, and report regularly on project progress to the project manager.
6. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Produce detailed documentation such as business process procedures, test scenarios, end-user documentation, and user manuals, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

1. Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations, preferably in the public sector.
2. Certification: Current certification in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting and/or Management Accounting.
3. Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
4. People Management Skills: Experience managing components of large projects and coordinating teams, including remote members.

Remuneration

A Net Take Home of 55-60 LPA ( CTC 70-75 LPA)
