Job Title : SAP APO Consultant (GATP/TVPS)

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP APO Consultant with expertise in Global Available-to-Promise (GATP) and Transportation and Vehicle Planning Scheduling (TVPS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced planning processes and hands-on experience in configuring APO modules to streamline supply chain and transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Configuration :

- Design, configure, and implement solutions in SAP APO, focusing on GATP and TVPS functionalities.

- Configure and manage rule-based ATP, product allocation, backorder processing, and substitutions within GATP.

- Set up and optimize transportation scheduling and vehicle planning in TVPS.

Integration & Optimization :

- Integrate SAP APO with ECC/S4HANA and other third-party systems.

- Develop and implement optimization strategies for planning processes across the supply chain.

- Enhance system performance through effective troubleshooting and fine-tuning.

Business Process Improvement :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Conduct gap analysis and provide innovative solutions to complex supply chain scenarios.

- Implement best practices in supply chain planning and execution.

Support & Documentation :

- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support for GATP and TVPS modules.

- Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test cases, and

training materials.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 8+ years of SAP APO experience, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations.

- In-depth expertise in GATP features such as product allocation, ATP checks, backorder processing, and substitution logic.

- Hands-on experience in TVPS, including transportation scheduling, resource management, and route optimization.

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of CIF integration between APO and ECC/S4HANA.

- Proficiency in SAP APO modules like DP, SNP, and PP/DS is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with ABAP debugging to support custom enhancements.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- SAP Certified Application Professional - SAP APO GATP.

- SAP Supply Chain Certification or equivalent.
