Job Description
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for the retail mall, aligning with overall business objectives
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to arrive at optimal zoning and product/category mix for retail malls
- Collaborating with internal teams to curate a diverse mix of retail brands that align with the mall's positioning and target audience
- Create category, tenant mixes and floor-wise zoning for retail malls.
- Overseeing the leasing process, negotiating agreements, and managing tenant relationships
- Driving initiatives to enhance the mall's trading density and footfall through innovative marketing and promotional activities
- Analyzing brand performance, P&Ls, and sales data to optimize the tenant mix and maximize revenue generation
- Coordinating with marketing team to plan retail events, activations, and seasonal campaigns
- Establishing strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including retailers, vendors, and industry associations
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of retail strategies, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Reporting directly to senior management on the performance and strategic direction of the retail malls
