Education Qualification
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- MBA or advanced management degree is preferred
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent)

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Advanced knowledge of Defence and Aerospace technologies, systems, and regulations

- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through the development and implementation of innovative processes and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Defence and Aerospace projects with other business units
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and industry partners to support business development and growth initiatives
- Manage and optimize resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control for Defence and Aerospace projects
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, safety, and regulatory standards in Defence and Aerospace operations
