- Oversee the planning and execution of control and instrumentation projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology advancements and automation solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the organization
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Participate in industry forums, representing the organization and staying updated on industry trends and advancements
