Production Planning And Control Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely project completion
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues that may impact project schedules and quality
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement
• Oversee inventory management to ensure availability of required materials and equipment
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to coordinate material delivery schedules
• Implement and maintain production control systems to track project progress and performance
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, resource utilization, and project milestones
• Lead and mentor production planning and control team members to drive excellence and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all production activities

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in production planning and control software and tools
• Advanced knowledge of construction project management principles and best practices
• Experience with inventory management and supply chain optimization
• Familiarity with production control systems and performance metrics
• Understanding of safety and quality standards in the construction industry

Preferred candidate profile

• 16-22 years of experience in production planning and control within the precast or production industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing production processes
