Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in the airports industry
- Demonstrated experience in airside operations and management
- Proven track record of leadership and decision-making in high-pressure environments
- Valid Airside Operations Certification
- Certification in Airport Safety and Security
- Coordinate and oversee all airside operations activities, including aircraft movement, ground handling, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and standards
- Manage and supervise a team of ground staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Implement and continuously improve airside safety measures and protocols
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to optimize airside operations
- Participate in emergency response and contingency planning for airside incidents
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain airside infrastructure and equipment
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
