Job Description
- Responsible for end-to-end sales (value, product & Segment wise) of Dr Cipy products and Managing market development activities, collection from customers, capturing market insights and work on major key Initiatives in the assigned region.
- Plan and achieve product sales objectives (by Value, products, and segments) for the region by closely working with technical partners, applicators, key accounts & other direct customers.
- Responsible for order generation of products through the above channels and manage order pipeline for the region
- Develop channel partners , through understanding of key customers needs and requirements.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers within time, meeting monthly company objectives , working in team , eyeing on competitor activities.
- Identify new Business opportunity , untapped new geography , covert non-customer to customer.
- Developing Channel partners, Key account Development, exploring segment like F&B , Pharma, commercial & infrastructure, Defense and Oil and Gas etc, meeting regularly company objectives, market insight trend, eyeing on competition's activity.
Candidate Desired role -
- Dealing with Resin Flooring, Water Proofing or Industrial coating, presently working in sales for atleast 10 years
- May have knowledge of South India Market, i.e. customer , decision making process etc
- Good communication and negotiation skills, Key account management skill, handling and understanding project , basic knowledge of IT.
- Understanding F&B / Industrial resin flooring business technicality
