B. Tech/MTech in Mechanical Eng/Production Engg.

Applicant must have Bachelor s/Master s degree in Mechanical Engg/Production Engg.
2. Should have good Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes like Draw / Trimming / Punching / Rolling / Bending /welding Mig/Tig/Laser/brazing etc.
3. Should understand the Process controls in above listed processes.
4. Should have knowledge of Basics of die designing , Die simulations .
5. Should be able to estimate cycle times and lead times as well as capital equipment s, tools ,manpower etc for these process and provide inputs to Techno Commercial team.
6. Should have good understanding on New Component and Vendor development.
7. Knowledge of Quality Planning tools like APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DRBFM, PRBFM, DFA/DFM /Control plans.

8. Knowledge of Methods like Error Proofing s for Occurrence and Detection and advanced quality planning digital tools like MES and IOT.
9. Establish Quality Planning systems for part sourcing like Pre-Control Plan PPAP etc
10. Should have good Knowledge on Statistical tools like SPC or Six Sigma.
11.Should be able to generate ideas to improve productivity and Capacity at vendor end based on Business needs.
12. Should be able to able to initiate ideas related to Value engg like yield improvement and reduce processing costs
13. Ambitious, energetic, self-motivated, self-managed, team player, and results oriented.
14. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Energetic and positive attitude working with multiple clients on a wide variety of projects.
15. Team building, conflict management and resolution, and negotiating skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
16. Well versed with Indian and International Standards and local statutory norms.
17. Understanding of the roles played by other functions on projects.
18. Should be able to guide vendors to deploy best practices at their end.
