Key Accounts Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
• Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities to meet those needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Prepare reports on account status, including sales projections and customer feedback
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Job Requirements :

• 7-14 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, and their applications in various industries.
• Proven expertise in vendor development, supplier selection, price negotiation, procurement processes.
