Team - Product Manager - Project Life Cycle

Educational Qualification
B. Tech in industrial, civil, energy or related fields

Experience:
Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Product Manager in construction, infrastructure, energy or manufacturing

Own the product roadmap and drive the product discovery/execution for project lifecycle solutions such as BIM (ACC, Hexagon, Dassault, Bentley etc), ERP (SAP) and other related systems

Create efficient feedback loops and manage internal stakeholders

Work with the business teams to prioritize and decide the scope, metrics, visualizations etc. based on business input

Work with the development team to perform analysis to derive useful insights that can be productized for our stakeholders and customers

Collaborate with colleagues from Product Development and critical vendors teams to develop a solid program plan and be accountable for delivery & value generation

Identify and escalate key issues, risks and critical dependencies that can impact program schedule and budget

Analyze processes, standard operating procedures, metrics, and org skills required for project lifecycle and determine digital or technology opportunities

Work with end user organizations to drive adoption of new methods and processes

Work with technical teams to ensure the requirements are translated into solutions

Shape the functional requirements such that industry best metrics can be achieved
