Experience
- 15-20 years of experience in the Aviation industry
- Demonstrated track record of success in leading BMS and SCADA functions
- Proven experience in managing complex systems within aviation infrastructure
Education Qualification
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of BMS and SCADA systems
- Provide strategic direction for BMS and SCADA initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS and SCADA systems with overall aviation infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to BMS and SCADA systems
- Manage and mentor a team of BMS and SCADA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of BMS and SCADA systems
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex technical issues related to BMS and SCADA systems
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in BMS and SCADA systems
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategies for BMS and SCADA systems
